The Irukandji jellyfish is a tiny and extremely venomous jellyfish that inhabit the waters of Australia. They are no larger than 1 cubic centimeter but are able to fire their stingers into their victims, causing symptoms collectively known as Irukandji syndrome. If immediate medical action is not taken, within 20 minutes the victim would go into cardiac arrest and die.
